Please do not include shopper names, measurements, or other sensitive information in your email.
Email SupportChoose a department and garment category, enter measurements in cm or inches, and the app matches them against reference size charts to suggest a size with international equivalents. Customer names and measurements are not saved.
Fit varies by brand and cut, so results are guidance. Tell us the department, garment category, units, the size shown, and what you expected. Do not email a shopper's measurements or name.
The AI Fit Advisor uses an automated AI model to suggest a size and explain the expected fit from the garment description, measurements, and fit preference you enter. Answers can be inaccurate — please check them against the garment's size chart.
If a page won't load or the app looks wrong, tell us your device, browser or app version, and the steps that led to the problem.
To report a bug or an inappropriate or wrong AI answer, email us with a short description and, if possible, a screenshot without personal details.
Email us to ask about your account information or to make a data protection request. Customer names and measurements are not stored by the app.
If you think you've found a security issue, email us with "Security" in the subject line and describe what you found. Please don't share it publicly until we've responded.
